GETTING STARTED IS AS EASY AS
STEP ONE
Secure your space by purchasing the 28-Day Challenge below.
STEP TWO
Book your Consultation and 3D Scan date.
STEP THREE
Come in for your initial consultation, 3D scan and begin your training.
Training sessions are one-hour group sessions, led by a coach.
Whiteboard Brief & Class Introduction — To start, gather in front of a whiteboard where a coach walks you through the workout and the movements coming up.
Warm-up — Your coach will take the group through a warm-up to prepare you for the rest of session.
Strength/Skill Work — After the warm up, the coach leads the group through strength or skill work, usually related to the movements in that days’ workout.
Workout — Once everyone’s ready, your coach will start the clock and the entire group will do a workout together. Finish with fist bumps and sharing scores.
3D Body Scan.
Revolutionise your fitness journey with our state-of-the-art 3D body scanner, providing an in-depth analysis of your body composition. From body fat percentage to postural insights, it offers a comprehensive understanding of your physique.

Club Membership.
Our Club is the tool we use to help build our community to be healthier, it's not just about fitness, it's about everything that influences a person - the way we talk with each other, the way we keep working hard through a long effort, and the way we miss people who have not been to the Club for a while.

THE USUAL QUESTIONS
- WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
We have sessions available at 9.30am, 5.30pm and 6.30pm every weekday plus Saturday at 9am and Sunday mornings at 10am.
- HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The 28-Day Challenge is the starting point for everyone, it costs £80 and includes: unlimited coach led training sessions, A 3D body scan and 2x check in coaching calls.
- WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Our facility is located at Urban Outlaws Training Club in Units 5 and 6, Humber Works, Humber Road, NG92ET. There is some on street parking in close proximity.
- WHEN CAN I START?
Once you've completed payment you can start straight away!
- DO I NEED TO BE FIT?
No previous experience is necessary, our system fits all fitness levels, we simplify everything. Everyone, regardless of fitness, thrives here and achieves amazing results.
- WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT?
Our 28 day challenge is a game-changer. Personal Training might not be accessible to everyone, so we created a model that takes the best elements; structure, accountability and results based programming and twisted it with member events and a welcoming and wholesome community.
- WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CHALLENGE?
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on training with us and move into our Recruit stage, where things go up a notch, or if you decide our Club isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
