28 Day Challenge
The 28-day challenge is the beginning of your journey, undergo a 3D body scan to capture detailed measurements, we'll also conduct a check-in call with you during Week 4 to evaluate your progress and address any queries you have.

12-Week Recruit
During the 12-week Recruit experience, we'll enrol you on our training app, provide guidance on app usage, and establish your calorie targets. You can expect a check-in call during Week 12 to evaluate your progress and address any further inquiries you might have.

24-Week Intermediate
The Intermediate program is a 24-week course, offering another 3D body scan to assess and monitor your progress. Additionally, a check-in call is scheduled for Week 24, where we'll assess your development and make necessary adjustments to your calorie and macro goals.

Athlete
Upon enrolment in the Athlete program, you'll gain access to our athlete programming, allowing you to participate in additional training. You will also be invited to train alongside the coaches in Athlete training sessions. At this juncture, you'll focus on refining your skills and mastering more advanced movement patterns.
28-Day Challenge
In this Novice stage of your fitness journey, starting from scratch is common, whether you're a complete beginner or have some fitness background. Mastering basics like body positions and terminology is the first step, followed by shifting focus to enduring workouts. "Enduring" is crucial as many beginners may feel like giving up, yet this challenge is shared and showcases the effectiveness of our training in pushing you to your limits. Success isn't finishing workouts or lifting heavy weights; it's about getting used to the physical demands, applying learned techniques, and implementing them in each session.
12-Week Recruit
After completing the 28-Day Challenge you will be invited onto our 12-week Recruit stage, marking a significant fitness milestone. The initial 28-days prioritised gaining understanding and adaptability, paving the way for this stage. After consistent training, you'll navigate workouts with greater ease, refining old and exploring new techniques.
Now recognised as a Beginner, new challenges may seem daunting on the path to higher expertise. Despite comfort among fellow beginners, encounters with the experienced can be humbling and challenging. Perseverance and a positive mindset are key to overcoming these hurdles and reaching new heights in your fitness journey.
24-Week Intermediate
Finishing the 12-week stage earns you an invite to the Intermediate stage of our system, marking a dedicated training duration at Urban Outlaws. This stage signifies the first advanced rank as an Amateur, positioning you to share your insights with Novices and Beginners.
Now, individuals solidify their understanding, becoming influencers and developing a personal style in weightlifting. Recognition after this phase may suggest a path toward greater proficiency, sparking consideration of venturing into competition and achieving athlete status.
At this point in your training you will also be invited to join our in Club league.
Athlete Training
After a year of dedicated Functional training, you may receive an invitation to join our Athlete program. Athletes refine skills and tackle less familiar aspects of functional fitness. Engaging in competitive functional fitness introduces advanced techniques, requiring proficiency in complex movements. Confidence in executing diverse exercises is crucial for athletes.
Recognition as an Athlete bestows authority within the community, peers may seek guidance on various training techniques. This acknowledgment brings responsibility and leadership, extending beyond physical prowess, symbolizing a commitment to high moral character. The journey involves pursuing excellence, growth, accomplishment, and responsibilities tied to being recognised as a dedicated athlete.
Becoming a Coach
After a minimum two years of consistent Functional Fitness training, proficiency in most movements puts you on the path to earning the Coach title. This title carries genuine authority, with coaches guiding others through fundamental and intricate techniques.
Reserved for those with high moral character, it signifies dedication to ethical standards.
This recognition involves a structured process, to become a coach: You must be at least 18, engaged in a minimum two years of consistent training, and competed within Functional fitness, completion of a judging course and judging competitive fitness are required. Your coach's discretion determines your readiness to mentor others in their fitness journey.
