What is Hybrid Training?

Our Hybrid Training Sessions are a fusion of training methods, from XFIT and HYROX to POWERLIFTING AND CALISTHENICS, these sessions are designed to give you the biggest bang for your buck within 1 hour of training.

Our Hybrid Training program combines varied, high-intensity functional movements and endurance and strength training, focusing on a balanced regimen that enhances both cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

  • Warm-Up: Each session begins with a comprehensive warm-up to prepare your body for the workout ahead.

  • Workout Briefing: Our coaches will guide you through the day's workout, explaining each movement and its intended benefits.

  • Functional Movements: Engage in a variety of exercises that mimic real-life movements, promoting overall functional fitness.

  • Endurance Challenges: Incorporate running and other aerobic activities to boost cardiovascular health and stamina.

  • Strength Stations: Participate in strength-based exercises to build muscular endurance.
